To Associate a Document to an Object

  1. Open the object you want in the Content pane.
  2. Click Show all to show all topics.
  3. Under Relationships, expand the Documents topic.
  4. Do one of the following:

    Click the New link. The New Relationship dialog opens. In the Number field, enter the number of the document you want, then press the <Tab> key to validate the document. From either the Templates or Classes tab, select a Relationship type to apply. Click OK.

    or

    Click the Query Documents link to search for the appropriate document(s), then drag the document(s) you want from the search results into the Documents topic. The Choose Relationship Template or Class dialog opens. From either the Templates or Classes tab, select a Relationship type to apply. Click OK.

Tip: Click the Delete icon next to a document in the list to disassociate it from the object.
